退換貨政策/說明:
1. 所有訂單一經確認, 如非產品品質問題,不接受修改訂單/退款或退貨。
2. 請注意:
- 測量方法可能存在細微差別,本產品尺寸指南僅供參考。
- 商品圖片包裝只供參考,手機或電腦等其他顯示設備可能會造成顏色差異,一切以實物為 準。
3. 如果因為產品有問題,可以在收到貨品後三天內以產品換產品,如已沒存貨,才會退款,退換必須符合我們的退貨政策:
退還的產品必須未經使用、產品標籤不得被篡改或拆除,並且產品應放於原裝包裝盒或包裝袋內(如適用)。三天過後恕不接受任何理由退換。
4. 通知我們客戶服務同事(經WHATSAPP 93080233 或 FACEBOOK MESSAGER), 有關貨品的問題, 恊商後,把貨品連同所有包裝(如紙盒及配件) 安全密封親身前往本公司,不接受以快遞把貨品退到本公司或自提点
5. 一般退換貨大約一至五個工作天處理(不計算星期六、日及公眾假期)。
不接受退換貨品說明 :
1) 客人個人的原因,不合理要求,例如買錯產品,買錯顏色及個人不適用等
2) 經客人使用
3) 收貨超過三天或以上
4) 部份貨品已標明不提供退貨服務
5) 貨品因運送過程中的任何損毀
**如有任何疑問,本公司保留最終決定權。
Return and Exchange Policy/Instruction:
1. Once all orders are confirmed, amendments to orders/refunds or returns will not be accepted if they are not product quality issues.

- The product image packaging is for reference only, other display devices such as mobile phones or computers may cause color differences, and everything is based on the actual product.
3. If there is a problem with the product, you can exchange the product for the product within 3 days after receiving the product, if it is no longer in stock, it will be refunded, and the return must comply with our return policy:
The returned product must be unused, the product label must not be tampered with or removed, and the product should be in the original box or bag (if applicable). Returns cannot be accepted for any reason after 3 days.
NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE( COLLEAGUES (VIA WHATSAPP 93080233 OR FACEBOOK MESSAGER), THE PROBLEM WITH THE GOODS, AND AFTER CONSULTING THEM, BRING THE GOODS TOGETHER WITH ALL THE PACKAGING (Such as cartons and accessories) Safety seal to go to the company in person, do not accept the return of goods to the company or self-pickup point by courier
4. Generally, returns and exchanges take about 1-5 working days ((excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Items cannot be returned or exchanged:
1) Customer's personal reasons, unreasonable request such as buying the wrong product, buying the wrong color, and personal inapplicability
2) Used by guests
3) Receipt of goods for more than 3 days or more
4) Some items have been marked as not returnable
5) Any damage to the goods during transit
